Meal Prep by Fed Up Kitchen

Excellent meals, reasonable prices. Not the cheapest option compared to cooking at home and whatnot but for zero effort meals, definitely worth it. Just don’t make my mistake and miss the notice that meals are picked up twice a week instead of only once a week cuz I missed a pickup on my first week.
Owner is immaculate at service. She called me personally within 3 days to respond to feedback and some suggestions I made on the website and said she’d already talked to her developer about it. So very receptive to kindly-provided feedback.

I just finished my 4 week program! I originally signed up for it to help me eat through out the day after experiencing a lot of physical & mental health issues.. i just kind of stopped eating & needed something easy to make sure i was eating & eating a good balanced diet.
I would say my overall experience was pretty good but a couple things I would do differently if I signed up for meals is FOR SURE pay the extra cost for shipping because i started to get overwhelmed driving back & forth twice a week & also had learn the hard way that orders get thrown out if you aren't there to pick them up. I did get the text for directions on what to do when a pick up is missed but also had to learn the hard way that you need to make sure your bag is held until you are able to grab that. My only feedback on that is i wish the pick up text would have indicated that if we don't pick it up within 3 days or don't coordinate a time to pick up in those 3 days that bags get thrown out. So I lost 2 while being out of town for the 4th. That was a bummer but also another reason why i'd do shipping next time!
The food overall was good, there were alot i loved and then some not so much.. i'd say i probably threw out 20% myself, mostly the egg breakfasts, some of them were rough for me. The egg crepe however, was delicious.. i would have ate that everyday but only got one on my very last bag. And again, if i do it again i would just reach out & let them know what i'm not liking to see if they can come up with something else for me or just make sure i don't get those meals. Wasn't able to find out how they handle that because I never said anything & just kept seeing what the next week held since they're all a little different.
The cookies & muffins are amazing & im sure i will be craving them & just ordering those on their own at some point. My daughter loves them too (:
Also loved that everything was Gluten Free, didn't have any issues with any of the meals upsetting my stomach.
And they had a good variety of meals for how many meals I did get in 4 weeks!
The staff is always super friendly. The manager at the Draper location is super responsive when i did reach out as well as the owner! All super kind people!

I recently tried Fed Up Kitchen's meal prep service and I am so glad I did! The food was delicious and the portion sizes were generous. I also really appreciated the convenience of having my meals already prepped and ready to go. I also liked that the ingredients were fresh and of high quality. The customer service was great as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend Fed Up Kitchen for anyone looking for a convenient and delicious meal prep service.

Fed up is the best meal prep company I have tried! The others were either too high in fat or bland! I have been with them for months and haven’t gotten tired of the meals. They are so delicious and fresh and balanced with my macros. They switch them up so that you are always getting new meals. I have been able to lose the weight I need and maintain with these delicious meals. They are perfect for my busy life and keep me on track! Worth every single penny!

I love me some Fed Up Kitchen. I am especially loving their new menu and added meals. Eating Fed Up helps me hit my macros (especially my protein- it’s the hardest for me) and because of that, I have lost weight quickly, feel better and more energetic etc. and the muffins and green smoothies are always a great treat!

I love having healthy options that are all ready for me. It makes choosing to eat healthier and cleaver a lot easier.
