Just simply GREAT and professional employees everytime we visit! Portions are ALWAYS consistent with all other Jimmy John's and like I said, WONDERFUL customer service.

Honestly thought we were gonna have a bad experience and leave a 1 star review but the staff saved it so they get 4 stars. Ordered two sandwiches from the app and waited for delivery for about 20 minutes but being a Saturday night and ordering customized toppings we didn't think much of it. When it arrived and we unwrapped our sandwiches we knew immediately one was wrong. It was a different meat and cheese, no extra toppings, wasn't cut in half, just a totally different sandwich probably mixed up orders. Anyway called the number for the store expecting the run around but the employees and manager were all very nice and got us a replacement sandwich in less than 10 minutes. Will be ordering again despite the mix up simply because I know these guys will take care of us if it should happen again.

So good! We love your fresh bread and sandwich ingredients. Thanks for making my sandwich "my way". I loved the extra pickles and tomatoes. Service was fast and friendly and our 5 sandwiches were uh-mazing! Thank you!

Stopped by while visiting family nearby. They were slammed on a Saturday, but had a great attitude and work ethic. No slacking here. Also watched them create a custom for carrier from a cardboard box they had after a customer asked for a larger case than they had available. The sandwiches we got were great also.
