Mint Tapas and Sushi 3 (Holladay)

Very good service, great atmosphere, food looks amazing and very tasty. If you are looking for a place for romance this restaurant is for you. The staff is very friendly and pleasant to talk to. I recommend this restaurant for a pleasant evening in a wonderful atmosphere and good emotions for the rest of the weekend. I would especially like to express my gratitude to our waiter Mario for his professionalism and good mood. and also say thank you to the entire restaurant team. Took some family here from out of town. Excellent service. Wide variety of sushi to pick from. Portions were on the smaller side, but that could be expected with tapas. Some of the rolls were better than others. The nigiri was probably the best part. Simple and delicious. The chef did welcome everyone that came in, which was an awesome touch.

Great service and sushi at this location. Didn't need a reservation on a Wednesday evening, but the place was pretty busy by the time we left. Sushi was fresh and service was just as good as the location on Cottonwood. Nice bar area in the back of the restaurant. Parking can be pretty full around the restaurant, may require a little walk to restaurant.

My husband and I have always enjoyed Mint Tapas and Sushi but tonight was our first time at the Holladay location. It’s really beautiful with a lot of natural lighting, which I love! Lindsay was our server and she was amazing! Not only was she super friendly and personable, but she was very knowledgable and understanding of my gluten allergy. She eased my typical anxiety of getting sick afterwards and helped customize a roll based on my allergy and preferences. More places/servers need to know their menu like Lindsay because it makes all the difference! Great drinks, amazing food, and awesome service - would definitely come back!
