Panda express

The food is great, and the service is amazing. I would love to give 5 stars, but the General Manger is very rude to customers and employees. I had a slight mix-up with my order, and a shift lead was happy to help me with the order, but the General Manager overheard what was going on and stepped in himself. He started to tell me I couldn't fix what was wrong with my order. And that I shouldn't have ordered the way I did. Otherwise it would have been correct. Then he started yelling at his shift leads on how they are supposed to do their jobs right right and not tolerate customers like this. I have been to many restaurants and fast food places but have never been treated like this. It's unacceptable, especially coming from a "General Manager". He should be demoted or let go, seriously. Everything else from this panda was great and amazing. Just don't have an interaction with the general manager unless you're into confrontation.

Love Magna Panda! Very busy as a new location, but had great, friendly service! Excellent dining room with lots of seating. Food was good, but not great. Seems like they aren't putting enough sauce on their entrees. Had the new Chili Crisp Shrimp. Wonderful "crisp" on the shrimp, but couldn't tell it was "chili". Orange chicken was good. Worth a return visit for Panda-style Chinese food.

This new location is wonderful!! No long drive thru lines!! Courteous and very fast service. I will be back.

On my visit (9/19) the staff was run very well. BRYAN is the manager and has his staff communicating and working efficiently. Very impressed keep it up and I’ll visit often.

Went through the drive thru and it was quick, all our food was hot and correct. Very happy with our dinner tonight!
