Very friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent knowledge of the menu and they made wonderful recommendations. HIGHLY recommend the Shaking Beef Cubes. These are tender pieces of steak cooked perfectly. The picture shows all that remained.

If you're looking for a light and healthy meal, this is a great place and it was delicious. Add the egg roll and a protein if you like that stuff... I did and you will love it. Again, I try to only report on unique places and things I find interesting and feel others would possibly like also... enjoy!

Fairly authentic, quiet atmosphere, friendly service. Hard to find a Vietnamese place that reminds me of my childhood. This place put forth a valiant effort. The Cambodian dry soup is good. The noodles could've been better (came clumped together), but weren't bad. The Banh Mi sandwich on baguette was better than good, best I've had in Utah.

The food was made fresh and quick. Cafe Trang is a favourite spot for me. They have some of the best fried egg rolls around. The menu is a little on the expensive side, but it the quality was good. Mon-Thurs they have a create your own Vietnamese Meal.
