Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle 十秒到云南过桥米线

The all in one sour cabbage fish rice noodles and the Szechuan pepper fish rice noodles were good, though the fish were probably from frozen Basa.

I found this place randomly while bored at work and zooming around google maps. We decided to try it for dinner tonight -- ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. We all ordered something different and sampled around. Each broth had a different, very excellent flavor. The restaurant was clean and pretty inside, and had fun music playing. We will 100% go back!

The soup in the hot pot is very fresh and authentic. The same goes for the noodles! There are quite a few side dishes, none of which look like stale frozen products. They are all perfect. The menu is very clear and simple.

Tried out this restaurant for the first time last week and it was really good! The staff was friendly and attentive the moment we walked in and there wasn’t a wait to sit down. We ordered a few appetizers and they were not the best price for the portion sizes.

I don’t recommend the Taiwanese Sausage. It’s one small sausage on a stick for $3 and not worth the price.

We also tried the tripe, cucumbers, and pumpkin cake and they were good, but a bit higher on the pricing scale.

The main dish of noodles was really good. I was impressed with the flavors and the portion size was decent. Our table ordered the Over the Bridge and Tomato soups, both of which were really good.

Excited to try other items in the menu, highly recommend!

It’s another hidden gem in the SLC valley. These special Yunnan noodles soup are delicious. All fresh ingredients are available in front of you for the pickings. It’s up to your taste and allow you to add into your steaming hot bowl of yummy broths. Just in case, be careful when you choose the spicy soup. It can be a little overwhelming to the taste. However, it’s a clean restaurant with very respectable staffs and service. Hopefully, you’ll enjoy it as much as we do…
