Casa Linda Mexican Restaurant

*update* sadly this a downgraded report. Tried to give them another shot after working out the opening kinks. Last tone I tried to crab enchiladas and they were out. Repeat the same this time. Have it, or take it off the menu.
I know a lot of people #loved Cafe Morelia, but I was never a huge fan. It was fine. It was close. It wasn't bad...
I am pleased to see, and eat, what Casa Linda has brought to this space.
First, little has been done inside so it will feel familiar if you've visited before. They've cut down the number of seats available because the little side room isn't for dining anymore.
Now let's talk the menu... They had several options for me as a vegetarian, but not a lot specifically vegetarian. The Chile relleno burrito I had was delicious, and the hot sauce was great!
And the staff... I mean, it was a little bit of chaos trying to get in; shuffling people paying and people waiting. Still, considering a Friday night at 6 PM, we didn't have to wait too long, maybe 15 minutes total. And our waitress, Alicia, was absolutely awesome, and uh-DOR-uh-bull! Loved her. And she loved my partner! He's taken!

Great local Mexican food. Solis service. Fair prices. Easy parking. So glad I finally checked this place out after driving by it many times.

The service was the best. I’d even say solicitous. The food was delicious. I especially liked the beans. I had #9 which was a choice of enchilada, (I had cheese), beef taco( choice of ground beef or shredded beef-shredded was delicious), and a Chile Relleno. I’d definitely come back here.

Our food came out just as we ordered it, and was very tasty. We had a group of 5. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Food wasn't too spicy. Had churros for dessert - they were so delicious! Service from our waitress was fanastic as well. Definitely recommend.
