Food is good, just beware they're cashier already hits the 15% tip button before you sign it. No one greeted me or asked me how my day was or anything like that so I'm not sure a tip made sense to begin with. Luckily I saw it and hit "no tip." (I know it's only a dollar but I was probably going to tip anyways but the principal of it felt off)

Second times a charm...

Picked up an online order and had to go back once I got home cause I was missing items. Service isn't friendly so having to tell them my order wasn't right really wasn't fun. After he asked to see the food in the bag, opening the lid without gloves and thoroughly examining trying to look for the missing pork and mandoo that should be right on top (cupboppers know this) I asked him if he can just remake it (cause it was cold at this point). After all this it was remade and I was on my way. A suggestion I have is that they should put the receipts for pickups somewhere on the outside to be seen easily without people having to look through a bag that might not be theirs to find a name. Tonight they were placing the receipts in the bag and tying it then putting it on a table definitely odd cause especially now you don't want more people than necessary touching your stuff.

My friend and I both got vegetarian bowls. Hers was a five on the spicy scale and mine was a one. I'm thinking next time I'm going two and she's thinking next time she's going four. We were all around very happy! Thank you for the vegetarian and vegan options. Crispy instead of soggy tofu would get 5 stars.

This place never gets old! I don't have a favorite meat, but love the beef. Make sure to get your food to-go (with a lid), even if you're eating there; that way you can shake your whole cup in order to mix all of the sauces, meat, rice, noodles, etc. Definitely spring for the mondoo. I like a 6 level spice, it is just enough spice as that's when they begin to put on the red pepper sauce. Enjoy!
