Roxberry Juice Co. Drive Thru

I came in this morning and this cute girl name Jean was working by herself due to a coworker having some sort of accident. She was running the drive through and the counter at the same time and was killing it! So friendly and genuine, and my smoothie was so good! :)

The smoothie’s and the service here is honestly amazing. This is the one smoothie joint I’ve found that doesn’t sell only 100+ grams of sugar smoothies. They are definitely pricey though.

Went here and orders two 16 oz small drinks and at window she hands me one medium and one small, I told her I wanted just two small, and the customer service was amazing, she apologized, let me keep the medium and refunded me immediately and did not make me feel like it was my mistake. She handled it very well! Great customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered my favorite smoothie, the Peanut Butter blast. Their pretzels are yummy too! I give their products an outstanding review, but this is not my usual location. Unfortunately, they were training a new employee, so they were painfully slow. I almost drove off @ the ordering station since no one acknowledged my presence or even said "we will be right with you". They even forgot to ask for my loyalty rewards information.

I have recently tried Roxberry bowls. I originally thought they only sold smoothies. I'm so happy I branched out and tried the bowls. This go round I tried the lime-tastic acai bowl (without the honey drizzle for my preference). This was so tasty. I loved the lime flavor with it. It was very tasty. Such a fresh clean flavor. Perfect for any meal of the day even in winter. Can't wait to try more flavors.
