Such amazing flavors that shone through on chicken skoor dish. Their staff was very nice and helpful. I've never had Somali food before, and they helped me find something I'd like.
I loved this restaurant!! I enjoyed everything about it. I mostly order KK and it is by far the best one I had hands down. Another one of my favorites is the rice and chicken since it comes with so many toppings like vegetables and fries. The atmosphere was really homey and gave ethnic vibes. The servers were really sweet and polite. You can tell by their customer service that they value their customers. This restaurant gets a 5/5 for me, MARVELOUS! I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for tasty ethnic food with fast service and budget friendly prices!
Halal, affordable and excellent taste! The ambience is very basic but the food makes it totally worth it. For $10, you get a soup, starter and an entree (protein) of your choice. Food is prepared fresh. You also get tea here (note: it's very sweet!)
Really liked to food here. Kind of an out of the way spot, and you might be forgiven for thinking it was closed based on the outside appearance.
I found that the service was pretty typical for this kind of spot. Definitely don't go in expecting the norm. Roll with the punches and you'll be fine. The woman working when I was there was very kind and friendly and the food was fresh and very tasty. I really liked their rice a lot. I got the chicken sokaar, which reminded me of Lay's bbq potato chips a little bit. Very good though. I love the chili sauce served on the side. The salad was pretty basic, but fresh and good. I will definitely go back. She happened to be out of goat when I was there and it's a menu item you don't often see here in Utah.
The place is very difficult to get to because it's in a small corner and the customer service is probably the owner because she's handling everything but the food makes up for everything. I would highly recommend to support this business. I got the beef steak and the chicken sukoor which were amazing!
