"SPEAK LOUDER"

Before the pandemic it was very easy and calming when ordering food however with all the extra windows it was very difficult to communicate with employees. There a many reasons why I rated it 3 stars.
- wrong tortilla when asked
- hard to hear and had to repeat more than 3 times.
- customer service was horrible
- Sisters first time at a Cafe Rio and got into a heated argument with one of the employees because she gave her a quarter scoop of rice and when my sister asked for more she charged her for extra rice.
- Attitude from most of the employees(maybe because of COVID-19??‍♂️)
- My sisters order was wrong.

The food was definitely on point for me and even though my sisters oreder was wrong she still enjoyed it. Please be prepared if you are coming in to order and be in a peace of mind as well.

The salad is your best deal. I know you want just a burrito, but this is better. Follow me on this, you order the salad, you eat all that green stuff your Dr. Has been telling you you need more of in your diet. Then when that's out of the way you roll up the meat, beans, rice, and cheese in the tortilla that it was all served in and you have yourself the same burrito that you really wanted with the same amount of everything you would have gotten if you just ordered a burrito, but with a tasty green salad beforehand. I call that a win win.

My favorite place for tacos and burritos in Salt Lake City. You will not leave hungry especially after eating one of their burritos. Everything fresh and cooked in plain view.

The inside looks nice and clean. Ordered a burrito and was charged for enchilada style? Why? Great question, I would like to know the answer too. The sauce selection is very nice!
