I was doing a Doordash delivery and their frozen drink machine broke, so they just shorted the customer 2 smoothies and a large Coke. I had to make a 2nd trip there once the customer saw they were shorted. They did give 3 drinks to replace what they shorted the customer, but they should have said something and handled it then rather than making me have to make two trips and caused my next delivery to be late.

Overall it's a nice place. The manager could work on some people skills... When someone asks use the bathroom, he usually gets mad regardless if their paying or not. That is until you present money, or a credit card, and then he is more cordial... However most of the staff are pretty nice...

We came at a rush hour time and even though the place was packed and had tons of customers the employees we super fast, friendly, and efficient. The employee named Aaron was doing an amazing job leading his coworkers and serving his customers.
This location is currently under construction but even with that obstacle the employees are doing great and providing great tasting food that isn’t just slapped together and over the top customer service.

Recently remodeled and reopened. Still without a self-serve drink machine or condiment bar. Just gotta love this part of town for what it is. Aside from that, the food is consistent with the brand.
