Service is awesome even when they are busy. I look forward to going back again. Prices were good for how much you get. Makes me feel like I am back in Sacramento.
It was so appetizing. Service treated us so kindly. Prices are decent for the quality. Menu is similar to a restaurant in El Paso I loved.
In viewing my other reviews, it is telling that nothing brings me more happiness than to have a great interaction with the staff at a business and give a 5star review.
Unfortunately today at Noodles and Co in Sugar House that did not happen. The cashier Damien was incredibly rude, was not welcoming and threw the receipt at us.
My 15-year-old daughter, who is usually oblivious to these details, even noted how rude Damien was.
In a service industry, service means everything. I work in the service industry too and get we all have off days but I know firsthand the importance of being professional and respectful to the customer
I was going to leave a one star review but changed it to a three because the woman who brought the food out (and I really wish I got her name) was super sweet, friendly and kind.
Before you call me a ‘Karen’, please understand I’m not asking to speak to the manager. I am simply sharing my experience as an opportunity to remind Damien about cashier etiquette.
Great food and great service. Had a coupon that had expired and they still let me use it. Good clean environment and a confident location. This is one of my favorite places to carb load before a road race.
