Eggs Benedict is super good, and German ?? pancakes ? delicious

I came here for a late lunch with friends. This place was based on a friend's brother's recommendation. I'm not familiar with local eateries in Salt Lake City, so this was the first place we got to sit down and enjoy the food. We sat outside, a perfect day. The ambiance outside is something I would consider perfect. No background music, just the sounds of the city and little critters. A great place to eat with friends or sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. Anyway, I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich. The sandwich is a good side, not too big nor to small. Chicken was well seasoned, juicy. All ingredients were fresh, full of flavor. A truly well made and delicious sandwich. Salad, delicious, very fresh and refreshing on a warm day. I decided to have a cup of french pressed coffee. It was really delicious, it hit the spot, no sweetener or cream needed in my opinion. Overall a great meal to be had here at Oasis. I'd recommend this place to people visiting SLC! Great place for a great lunch.

The Oasis has stepped up its game and is saving some top notch food. Meal started with some really fresh bread. The beer and wine selections aren't huge but would seem to cover most any taste. The three entrees we ordered were uniformly excellent. Five stars for a neighborhood restaurant; four starts considering the best downtown restaurants are in the competition.
