    Great food for a great price. The portions are pretty big, you get plenty of food for what you pay and the employees are always friendly. Love this place!

    Traveling for work and this was within walking distance of my hotel. I really enjoyed it. I will definitely be back next time I am in town, and I will add a picture.

    I've never seen a Perkins operating in fast casual mode. Order and pay at the counter, have it delivered to your table. Service was prompt and food was good.

    Really nice staff, this is my first time going there. For being a diner, they're surprisingly fast! I work nearby & really needed to try a new place to eat. I ordered my food to-go. Their coffee was a bit strong, but overall good.
