Phở Hong Chau

I love this restaurant! I always order the shrimp noodle soup with rice noodles. The shrimps are big, the portions are generous and the broth is an awesome sweet garlicky flavor. I enjoy dipping the shrimps in hoisin and sirrachua. If you dine in, make sure to try the pickled jalapeños from their sauce/condiment trays that are placed on some of the tables and booths. I hope this place will stay in business! The staff are always friendly and the food comes out quick.

I've come here a couple times and the food is always really good. Service is slow however, and the waiter is not very friendly. The restaurant is not very clean and has an odd smell.

Some of the better pho I've had here. Very large portions which is how it should be and the broth was flavorful. My wife liked her egg noodles wonton soup as well.

House special crispy noodle is ???

I ordered the rare beef Pho. The broth was pretty tasty, the noodles were soft but not overcooked. Perfect spot for any occasion. I came in on a Sunday, the place was about half full with families having lunch. Service was prompt and courteous.
