Never fails to meet my expectations and then some. This restaurant is a staple and there’s never been a menu selection that wasn’t unique and incredible! What ever they’re paying the chef, it’s not enough

Absolutely fabulous. The food was prepped to perfection. This was our first visit and Mikey suggested the hamachi crudo. It was so good we almost ordered 2 more but we had the private Idaho pizza and hanger steak coming so we waited. Both were just delicious. We will make this a regular place to eat out at.

Dang, the food was extremely fresh and the plates are limited. The coconut cooler was tart and paired well with the small and large plates. The pork steamed buns were a great start and got you salivating more for your main course. The seafood chowder was scrumptious and not at all overbearing with all the seafood in it. The apple crisp was decadent and the pistachio crumbles on top made it complete. Highly recommend the food, and brushing up on your fancy food names.

Wonderful date night at Provisions. It's American-cuisine with an Asian inspired twist.
Broccoli starter was slightly overcooked, but the sesame sauce on the side added a unique flavor.
The duck breast was perfectly cooked, the foie butter was rich and a dollop was more than enough. Something crunchy (toasted rice?) gave the dish great texture.
The fried chicken entree is to die for. Perfectly crispy skin and juicy chicken. It's a large portion and we expected to have leftovers; unsurprisingly that was not the case. The fried ginger on top of the coconut rice was delightful - gave it a wonderful crunch and a hit of spice.
Drinks were well-made. Service was friendly and casual. We had quite a few questions for the server, and she was very patient with us. Highly recommended!

Amazing food! We went here tonight for date night, and I was super impressed. Very high quality, everything on the menu was excellent. Price was also very good, for the quality of food. Our service was amazing, she recommended her favorite dishes, and we were happy with all of her recommendations. She talked us into trying the branzino for our appetizer, since all of us were afraid to order it as our entree. It was the most amazing dish of the night. Salad was on point, I got the hanger streak for my entree, it was amazing, and full of flavor. Our server also recommended the ice cream sandwich dessert, A+++... the donuts were amazing also. This is one of my new favorite places in Utah. I Wish they had more restaurants like this down in Utah County.
