Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Pretty good, similar to other times we've been before. It was different with the covid stuff, namely all the menus are online now. Also, the waiter was definitely new and we had to help him with a bit with ordering and splitting a check. Other than that, it was normal and food was great as always. Bottomless fries were definitely worth it for our larger party on this visit as well.

We were in Salt Lake because my wife's father had been in a terrible accident. We booked the Hampton right next to this restaurant. The server, Danielle, noticed my wife was upset and asked why. She went above and beyond to make our experience great and she and her GM even discounted the ticket as a courtesy. That was totally unexpected and very appreciated. It was nice to see people caring for one another. We would definitely return again.

6/12/2019 - I am impressed with the quality of the food. I really enjoyed the BLTA sandwich, really good. My husband ordered a burger and said that it is delicious. We also enjoyed the steak fries surprisingly since we are not a fan of steak fries, their fries sauce is amazing as well as their ranch. We will definitely come back again. #lfthx

I was seated right away. The service was excellent. I received a basket of fries right away while I was deciding on my meal and drink order.

I went with the Southern Charm Burger and salad. It was very good. Cooked to perfection, nice and juicy. The unlimited fries were piping hot and the sauce that came with them was excellent.

I also ordered the Irish Beer Shake which was an excellent blend of Guinness, Jameson Whiskey, soft serve ice cream, and a bit of chocolate sauce.
