    Phoned in order which was read back 3 times. I still had to correct the order taker on the third time. Picked up food, coupon was not honored because I didn't have the paper copy only one on my phone. Got the order home & one of the 3 entree orders was wrong. It was the one I corrected the order taker on. It seemed the order taker was not familiar with the menu. Food is always exceptional-if you can get what it is you order. *Addendum to my comment*My apology-beans were separate in a sauce style container which has never happened.Order was exactly what I phoned in*

    Great food but employee failed to read back the order & an entrée was missed & we were charged for it! Then they redid it & charged for the correct amount. Still waiting for the refund a week later of the wrong order!

    Have been to this location several times since pandemic difficulties. Food is fresh, healthy ingredients, and fish is wonderful. Customer service is outstanding. Food is delivered hot and wuickly. Yes, it is more expensive than other plces, but worth it.

    The food is really good, but we just can't afford to eat there very often. They keep raising prices every time we go back. Service was great at this location too.
