Rusted Sun Pizzeria

It's harder than you think to find great pizza in this town. But Rusted Sun is one of the gems! I love that they allow you to build your own custom pizzas, and the calzones are fantastic. It's a shame in recent months we've been unable to dine in, because despite the relatively small dining area it always felt so comfortable and homely, especially on cold winter evenings! The staff are always friendly, and I'll gladly support them getting take-out during this shutdown and eagerly await when we can dine in again.

Small, cozy restaurant with such good pizza. Whatever they do to their dough, it's amazing. I typically get the margarita pizza and have never been disappointed.

Feels like walking into your friends house and every pizza tastes like it was made by their ancient Italian grandmother who you know has marinara coursing through her veins and basil leaves for hair. This place is legit. Since moving here and trying Rusted Sun for the first time, we have not (purposefully) eaten at another pizza place. They all pale in comparison.
Small and close-knit staff with legendary pizza-making capabilities and hospitality. Customer service isn't even the right phrase. These people are worth inviting to your bar mitzvah, a trivia night at Fisher, or even the birth of your firstborn son.

The pizza was excellent however service was a little slow. The seating is mostly comfortable booths and a bar style counter also has additional space. The bathrooms were wheelchair accessible however the dining space felt a little crammed and difficult to maneuver through. Overall it's a small, quiet shop with friendly service and good light.
