Tuscany Restaurant

I had been wanting to eat some nice Italian food for awhile and was told by a friend to try out Tuscany. It was a great experience. Our server Arty was a very courteous and attentive to us. I would definitely recommend he be your waiter for the evening. The ambiance of the restaurant was nice. Typical Italian restaurant vibes. Like olive gardens better, nicer, and richer cousin. We started out with the bruschetta two ways and it was phenomenal. Not only was it's presentation beautiful, but the squash and goat cheese topping was litterally to die for. It was definitely the best part of the whole meal. For my main course I ordered the pan smeared red snapper and my date had the marinated chicken gemelli pasta. I was slightly disappointed in my dish. Although it was good and looked beautiful (I loved the detail with the balsamic reduction on the plate), the fish smelled a little fishy, was slightly overcooked, and was what I thought to be under seasoned as it didn't have much of a taste. The risotto on the other hand was delicious. Soft and creamy and you could even taste a hint of wine. The pasta itself was good, but seemed/tasted pretty basic. All in all a good restaurant that I would like to try again. The plates we ordered I felt weren't very unique and the past wasn't presented astoundingly, but it's definitely worth a stop by.

The most flowery ensemble of words couldn't possibly encompass the experience of dining at Tuscany. It's truly one of a kind, nothing else like it in the world. I advise you to look no further into the reviews, & go get the experience for yourself.

Wow what a soup,,,I have got the best soup in the world, you can see the pics and I took one order of soup to home. Peaceful Ambience @ Music is fabulous.

Their calamari is superb. Honestly, it's the best in Utah I've had. We loved their huge pork chop, the meatloaf was really rich tasting with the blueberry sauce, but so good. We all enjoyed the house made pasta with marinara too. One of our party has a dairy sensitivity so they were very accommodating and helped us select dishes or alter sides accordingly. The ambiance on a summer evening on the patio was just magical outside. Our service was fantastic. Our waiter was so thoughtful and helpful. We look forward to spending many more meals with friends and family here again soon! Oh and definitely don't skip the apple berry crisp for dessert!

Beautiful restaurant with a quiet, romantic atmosphere. Great for date night. Service was good and they were very careful about distancing tables.

The Tuscan Pear salad was good and my wife really enjoyed her Tuscan Pulled Pork and Beef Meatloaf (I enjoyed it for lunch the next day, too). My pork chop was a disappointment - a bit tough and not very flavorful. Likewise, the vanilla bean creme brulee was only fine.

It looks like they are creating a large outdoor area with a gorgeous view, so we will definitely go back in a couple of months to see the progress.
