Hello salt lake and good bye for now but before we go todays food journey takes us to wasatch brew pub in slc airport and let say they let the food speak for its self and the presentation as well. I ordered a bison burger for my meal with tots and when it came out the presentation was clean and unique. The bison burger was perfectly seasoned and cooked and the meat just fell apart and was not over powered with sauce or extras on it. Being from the west and knowing how to cook this kinda of meat I have to say they hit the mark. The burger its self is about 14 dollars but worth it. The atmosphere is amazing for being in an airport the music wasn’t too loud and the employees work as a team and run smoothly. They are also knowledgeable about the menu and give perfect recommendations for what you may be in the mood for and tables are clean and service is speedy. You can’t help but relaxing and stopping for a while eating here and is in the top 5 places to eat for me.
Airport layovers can be a drag, but not here! I tried the Pumpkin Ale and it was just like a pumpkin spiced latte. Fall is in full swing here. 🍻 With fun-named brews galore, this place was a fun stop and has it all. We didn't order food because we had eaten before arriving to the airport, but people-watching was the real tasty treat. 🕵️♂️ Adam, our server, made the experience soar with kind and thoughtful service. Cheers to making waiting a pleasure! 🥂 This is located in terminal B. Check it out next time you're at the Salt Lake City Airport. #BrewsBeforeFlights #AdamTheAwesomeServer
Pretty basic experience. The venue was nice and I liked the beer selection except for the one Nitro beer being unavailable. We did loaded Nachos and they were ok. Bartender was fairly UN energetic and did not add anything to the experience. I’d go back for the beer but that is about it.

Food was a little disappointing. I ordered the avocado toast and found it is made with spreadable smear instead of fresh. This was the only downside, however. The drinks were good and strong, and my server was absolutely lovely. Would definitely return on my next trip through Terminal B, so long as I’m not hungry.
So you got to the SLC airport and either landed at, or are departing out of the B Gates. How unlucky, right?!? WRONG!! That means that you are one (ok, SEVERAL) step closer to the best place to eat at the SLC airport! Sure, call me an optimist, but this may just be the only positive to getting dealt the B Gates!
I've been here several times, and never leave disappointed. They frequently change up beers, so be sure to check out the Brewmaster's Specials! If you are the mood for something spicy, I recommend the All-American Bison burger, and ask for the jalapeno-bacon dipping sauce. Channel your Uber Napoleon Dynamite and go with the tots (GOSH!!) and you're in heaven!
Food alone is worth the trip, but add on great atmosphere, music, and service. I've always had great service, and Liz in particular is awesome! She made sure I was taken care of and put up with all my crazy requests! Thanks Liz!!
KETO HACK: If you're looking to go with low carb/keto options, don't sleep on this place. They have several options to keep you in ketosis and well fed. All of the burgers can be made keto friendly with lettuce wrapped options.
They also offer buffalo wings which aren't too breaded and Brussels sprouts if you have some carbs to spare. Those, along with salad options should keep your options and your diet healthy!
