(July 21, 2020, 6:09 pm)Pretty much your Classic Wendy's with great food! We ate there in Idaho Falls cuz Carl's Juniors Grill was down and nobody knew had to fix it. Say what? The Grill Down at a Burger Joint? So Wendy's it was and all turned out great! Thanks Wendy's for the good food and the fact you actually have a working Grill!

The soda machines don’t work, long wait for food. The staff is polite but needs management support and training.
Bathrooms are “sketchy” and not clean and the towels are out.
Got the wrong shake order.
Hopefully they will keep working at getting it right.
