Amazing meals! Delicious and well-priced. My wife and I have already lost weight in only a few weeks! We actually look forward to eating macro-friendly meals instead of dreading the same bland chicken and rice everyday. Would highly recommend!

In this chaotic world, 1% fitness has made my life so much simpler. I just do their lunch and diner option with 10 delicious meals each weak. Throw them in the microwave and ding, I’m eating a prepared meal that’s high in protein and 110% healthier than what I’ve was eating. No more need to count my macros cause it’s already listed. I’ve also gain an hour of my day back since I don’t having to prepare or buy my own meals each day.

In 6 weeks I’ve lost the 10 lbs I gained during COVID Lockdown and I’m back at the gym building muscle.

So grateful to have found this company!! They offer VEGAN meals which is amazing since I am the only one eating plant based on my family and was making separate meals for myself and everyone else. The food is delicious, and there is a TON of it for the price. Well worth the investment in myself and the time it is saving me. Helps me to stay on task with my goals even when I am insanely busy. Convenient and delicious. ??

Love to get the message that said my meal is ready and that joke a very nice joke always make me smile ? but when I get to eat the meal ?? I fall in love. They are very nice and help me if I have any questions. I love to reach just for the food in the refrigerator and just warm it in the microwave for 2 minutes and is ready and delicious ?? so much easy to manage ?

So I started your food service, and although this is only the first day of it, I have to tell you. The food is DAMN DELICIOUS! Perfect taste, portions and flavoring. Keep the food coming! UPDATE; I have been through a few days now, and the variety is excellent, and as I have said delicious. You can’t go wrong with this place.
