Really Depends on the time of day and the staff on hand. Pretty steady customer service and the food quality. Avoid ordering hour or so before they close. You will get leftover stuff.

We love that you can customize your sandwiches and salads. The employees there are awesome and we love going there.

Placed an online order for curbside pickup and Scott brought it out within 2 minutes of our arrival. An amazing experience compared to the fort union location that just leaves your order on a hidden counter with no supervision. Great job sandy Zupas team.

I haven’t been a fan of Zuppas but I had to eat here due to certain circumstances and I’m glad I did since the superb customer service provided by Haylen.
The food was decent , specially the Mango and Berrie Salad and the Roast Turkey Sanwich and their limonares made with pure honey and freshly made with real lemons are nothing less than superb.
We had an incident waiting on line for the food but Haylen was able to resolve it quite graciously and I truly appreciate his caring and excellent customer service.
Plenty of parking around and very busy during lunch time.
