The food tonight was excellent. However, the inside of the restaurant was ridiculously hot and uncomfortable. We went in to order our food and it was so hard to breath through our masks because of the stifling heat. Great food but FIX THE AIR CONDITION!!!

The food is great. Never order online. They have a true talent for completely forgetting the internet exists. You will spend twice as much time waiting in the restaurant as you would if you just ordered in person. They gave us free cookies, though, so that was cool.

I used to come here quite a bit for the lunch special, it isn’t the deal it used to be. It comes with a drink but now you can’t get refills and all of their specialty drinks are gone, only soda now. The horchata dispenser is sitting empty, and the lemonade is gone, I will be switching back to eating at that other place that has tons of specialty drinks.

The portions seem smaller as well.

I did bring it up with staff and they offered to get me some horchata then never brought it.

I just went in to pick up an order I payed for online. I'd ordered a cookie for my son but when I went to pick up my order, Arturo was sorry to tell me they were out of cookies. It was only .99 so I said no biggie. He wouldn't accept that. He offered different desserts (which my picky son won't eat) and when I declined he offered a Jarrito bottled drink. My kiddo will be thrilled when I pick him up from daycare to have this treat. Thanks for your great customer service today Arturo.
