Outback Steakhouse

During this pandemic time outback really took great care in making sure their restaurant was safe, clean, and their service was still top notch. The food was fantastic. The staff was wonderful.

The top sirloin steak tasted great! It was seasoned nicely and cooked as requested.

Disclaimer: This review is solely about their to-go service as I did not dine in on this occasion. Review: I called in my order and spoke to someone who was very direct and to the point but was not very friendly. He also did not give me the option of curbside service which I would have preferred since that's currently a safer option. When I arrived to pick up the food, the man I spoke to sounded different so I assumed he was a different person than the one I spoke to on the phone. The man I spoke to in person was incredibly friendly and provided great customer service overall. The food was delicious but the steak was not cooked as requested. We requested each of our two steaks to be cooked medium rare but they were cooked medium well bordering on well done. Overall, a few minor issues but mostly a positive experience.

This location was very clean. The servers were very polite and very attentive. In the dining room they have the booths and tables to accommodate the 6ft apart rule. All the staff had masks and gloves.You have to have a mask when you come in. The food was perfect. We had the blooming onion for an appetizer. It came with the hot,fresh loaf of bread and whipped butter. We had a fresh garden salad, which was delicious and fresh and crisp. I ordered the top sirloin steak which came with a baked potato. The steak was perfect. It was cooked to medium. It was juicy and tender. Overall it was a delicious meal!

The food was great! We got there at 8, waited to be seated for about 2 minutes. The waiter was super nice. The cocktail was yummy, bread soft & warm. The lobster tail was tender & good although a little small. The steak was to die for! Cooked perfectly and that garlic butter brought it to another level! The coconut shrimp was also amazing, the only complaint I had was the Mac and cheese, I paid $2 extra as it was a “premium” side and I couldn’t even eat it. It was covered with so much cracked pepper it made me choke. The waiter apologized and brought me a plain Mac and cheese to go but I still paid the extra $2 for the “premium” baked macaroni dish, which I thought was unfair. Other than that everything else was spectacular.
