TY FISH & CHIPS

Ty Fish & Chips is definitely worth a try for anybody who loves seafood. With a Japanese fusion twist, everything was perfectly cooked and mouth-watering. Chef Ty apparently has a sushi background; his food is well presented and precise.

This is a place I’d like to see be successful and stick around for a long time. For you non fish-eaters, they are getting a lot of feedback to offer a chicken tender and have been trying to develop a recipe to add on the menu. In the meantime you can get some tasty vegetable tempura, sauce-drizzled fries, or Japanese donuts with mango custard for dipping. 🤤

I ordered this via DoorDash, and the restaurant filled my order quickly! The sauces were good, the fish wasn’t fishy, and the breading was too thick. I was expecting a thin batter, but this was bready, which caused it to hold too much grease. If you like thick batter, this would be perfect for you.

The fries held up beautifully. Even though they were delivery, they were still crunchy after the arrived, which is rare!

The fish and chips were cooked just right and were not too oily. The various sauces were all fantastic. I don't think you can go wrong.
The truffle matcha donut was a nice treat to share as well.

I came in yesterday and ordered fish & veggie. the dish came out hot and crispy, and hand-cut fries that was soft inside but crispy outside. the fish was perfectly seasoned. amazing good food here. i really enjoy it. the staff was so friendly and helpful with the menu. i will definitely come back to try other dishes.
