“My husband and I went here for the first time a few weeks ago. I had been to one of the Dylan’s locations before, so I sort of knew what to expect. Definitely a diner meets fast food kind of thing. The food was pretty good, the fries were hot and crispy (major points for that...soggy fries suck) and the sandwiches were decent sizes and tasted good. The bacon on my sandwich was thick and crunchy, which was a win since sad floppy bacon is a no-go. My hubby’s burger was huge! They are a tad more on the pricey side for fast food, but for the amount of food you get and how fresh and well made it is, it’s not that bad. I’m sure we will be back!”

“My wife and I love this place and only go here for their lunch specials. $5.99 is well worth it for an entree, which includes the type of dish you want, two scopes of fried rice, two pieces of fried dumplings and your choice of soup. Definitely worth it! and what's great about that is that you can order your order to go and they'll pack it up for you nicely. We've dined in here at least 10+ times and the service here is spectacular, with their services being really fast and the waitresses being nice as well. The aroma and atmosphere of this restaurant is also great. My wife and I probably eat here at least once a week, if we do not dine in, we order to go.”

Biggest complaint was that this is an ice cream place that doesn't open until late-afternoon (evening for COVID-19 hours), which means that when it was scorching hot it wasn't available. “I go to this Arby's often. This Arby's is fairly consistent, but when it's bad, it's real bad. This last time it took 10min for each car before they could place an order. Even if it's run by only 2 employees, it shouldn't take that long. And that doesn't include the wait for the food. Can't leave the drive thru as it's closed off. My only concern is they have this one older gentleman waiter that doesn't speak any English. He needs to do a better job in refilling our water glasses and taking our plates away. We've had him at least 3 times. The other waiters are excellent and do a good job. Hoping they open up to dine in soon.”

“I am new to trying different restaurants. I ordered after the others in my group so that I could see what the food really looked like. We sat outside. The servers were great. The food was not my favorite but I at least tried it. I liked the macaroni and flat bread. The devil eggs weren't incredible. The salad was like any normal salad. The fries were crispy, not golden like McDonald's. It's a nice restaurant with a great new modern vibe.”

“Had a really good experience here. The employee who helped my friend and I was super kind the whole time. He noticed us looking around and asked us if it was our first time. It was and we told him so. He immediately started giving us relevant information plus the most popular flavors. I got the honey comb. I'm not normally a big fan of honey, but I have heard good things about it. It was good, just super sugary (but what would one expect from honey?) It's a bit pricy, but q good experience.”

I arrived when the website told me to and only had to wait about one minute because they were legitimately busy. Workers were friendly and helpful. Attached is a picture of the "Large 2 topping" pizza special. Why so few banana peppers? The crust was "hand tossed" but looked more thin crust. That's fine. It tasted pretty good. I'd go back.”

“I was just starting my shift and being in security these days the shift is extremely long and full of uncertainty with how people will react to you. This location was about to close their doors and leave for the evening but the young lady inside by the name of Mia unlock the doors and made me her last customer for the evening. She was very kind And had an extremely wonderful attitude as well as great customer service! The only complaint that I have is that paying with my debit card there was not a way to leave her a tip and she more than earned a tip, so when I come back the next time that I see her I will be bringing an adequate tip with me. Thank you Mia for making my day before it started and for being so gracious in a time that this industry does not get a lot of positivity through on their way!”

“I love climbing and then summiting that mount veggie more pizza with my mouth! Very good veggie pizza piled high was fresh goodies. I would say other pizza places in the valley are behind mountain mikes when it comes to their veggie pizzas. Pikes peak was also very good. I was scared to try the all meat one but I am sure it is delicious. The miniature salad bar was nice, and the to go packets of Parmesan cheese and Chile peppers was appreciated.”
