Never thought I would be writing a review about a fast food chain but I will say this location has me stunned, I’ve been to many locations of this establishment and none of which have left me completely and utterly satisfied with the stores function. Talk about quality? This store has it!! Service? Check that. No matter what time I purchase food here it is always perfect. Thank you to your amazing staff!!

Even though this is a relatively newer location, they’ve already stopped caring. When they first opened it was great. This last visit the chow me in has way to much cabbage and vegetables. They really skimped on portion sizes. My sweet Fire chicken had lots more pineapple than chicken. We bought a kids meal and even though the menu board said they get a cookie, they gave us apple crisps. When we went up to exchange it, they said cookie is not an option. Also on further inspection of the receipt, we realized they upcharged us for one of the entrees even though we didn’t get any of the upcharge items. Even though they had 8+ employees in the back and a table full of management in the lobby, service was slow and we had to wait for food to cook, and the restaurant was not busy. Also in my experience, they are pretty bad with their drive thru and order ahead. Prepare for a longer than anticipated wait and check to make sure you have all your food and it’s correct.

They have a drive thru here and the bowls are perfect size for my lunch, recommend the sweetfire chicken!

UPDATED. Gave them a second chance today, and I'm sure glad that I did. No issues this time, just really good food & service.

LAST TIME:
Random piece of plastic from their serving spoon. Employee said not to interrupt him or bother him about it. Rude, - 1 Star. The manager had a different employee remake the order. 2 stars for his effort. Food was actually really fresh, and tasted great. Clean restaurant too. +2 more stars. ... Ended my meal with an empty fortuneless fortune cookie. 🫤
