I did an online order at the 9000 south and 4000 west store and when I picked up our sandwiches they were not customized at all. I was very upset! So I called in and talked to Kelsi she had been on her break when my order was done but she handled the situation amazingly. She remade our food herself and was so sweet and funny that I couldn’t possibly be mad. This was not the first time our online order were screwed up. Kelsi isn’t a manager but if she were I feel like this would not be happing so often. Thanks kelsi!
I completely devoured my $9 sandwich with all my favorite veggies, pepper jack cheese, guacamole, and bacon. Now, how did the 4.99 ft long become a 9+ $ sandwich you ask. Well, after the cashier range my order up, I politely asked how much the 4 bacon slices had cost, $2. The guacamole $1.50. Moving forward, I'm learning allot of retail and restaurant associates aren't trained to make sure their guests are aware of pricing for additional items. ImI not in a Subway everyday. I don't keep tabs on they're pricing methods. Take care of your customers. Not everyone pays attention and as a caring associate/business it should be taken into consideration. People are distracted, busy, focusing on the tasks that are lying wait. Be business/consumer friendly. Educate the busy person about additional costs out of courtesy and chances are they'll thank you for it. They'll be more likely to return to a business that watches out for the needs of the person standing in front of them. Customer service otherwise was fine. Light conversation, clean looking store, polite cashier.
