    The service is great. Very fast. The food is fresh . Sitting inside available. Good portion size for the price.

    Chicken is grilled to a most excellent flavor! Green sauce is pretty hot for many people but does have great flavor. Ask for salsa instead. It's not much but still fairly zippy! The 5 dollar meals are a great bargain!

    I love this place. I love that they have at chickenless taco as well as a burrito ❣️ Any place that has a vegetarian or even a vegan option is definitely one up in my book. The chicken is delicious ❣️

    I can't really speak to the customer service at other El Pollo Loco locations (because this is the only one I frequent) but the customer service at this location is always excellent.

    The food is always fresh and made to order. I live a pretty healthy lifestyle and they have a lot of healthier options which still leave you feeling full and satisfied.

    The dining area is always clean at this location and the staff is always extremely friendly, while providing fast service.

    Excellent! Every time I came, Roasted chicken is amazing. So much flavor!
