(February 3, 2019, 4:07 am)I like to think of myself as a Five Guys fiend -- it's my favorite place to get a classic American burger. Being local, I visit this location frequently; however, over several visits I've noticed a decline in service and general upkeep of the store. The fountain drink machines don't work properly half the time; the floor has excessive grease spills; the employees don't appear friendly; and the classic Five Guys fries have been majorly skimped (The cup was not even filled.). I will start attending other locations to get a better burger experience.
