Mo' Bettahs

I do like there food but since covid the service has gone down. I have only ordered curbside 2 times since March. Both times there has been problems. The first time my order was wrong & I had to drive back to get my correct order the second time was just yesterday August 22. I got online & ordered curbside pickup so when I got there & called they said they would have to hurry & get my order ready which I said was fine even though it should have been ready before I got there. I waited at least 30 min if not I more then had to go in & tell them I had been waiting outside for 30 minutes & ask where my order was. They went behind a wall were I couldn't see & grabbed my bag which means it had been sitting there for awhile. When we got home the meat was cold & you could tell the rice & mac salad along with the meat had been sitting out for awhile. It will be awhile before I go back which is sad cause my daughter & I like it, but definitely won't be doing curbside again.

Fantastic service and wonderful people working the counter. It was very busy but they got people through the line efficiently. The food? Amazing!

I love coming here!! The staff is always happy and helpful. I went in today Friday night and you can tell they were understaffed but they did everything possible to get all of the customer orders out fast and right. They were all working really hard so that everyone could get taken care of. The guy on the grill was working so hard I think his name is Chris deserves some kind of recognition. The young girl Yessenia I think is her name has also been so sweet every time I go in.

What a great experience! It all tasted pretty good and I'm impressed with the amount of food that came with this mini chicken polehu, I couldn't finish it all! We'll come back for sure!

I have mixed feelings about this. Sometimes I just get sick of making food and I eat out. Mo's is one of my go to places. I love their food. They are not so good at getting their curbside orders correct. A coworker and I have ordered there at least once a week. They have gotten the order correct one of those times. However ever time we go there the food is amazing. So because of the lack of consistency in getting the order correct they get 4 starts instead of 5.
