I want to hear the first time a couple days ago. I was invited here by some family members. I was told by some friends that it used to be called a different name and they still reference it by that name because they had lived in Ephraim for many years. The setup makes me think of Cafe Rio but the food is definitely authentic Mexican. I would recommend it if you're in the area you will experience an enjoyable time at Jose's

Oh my goodness! First time here, my niece recommended this while I was visiting and I was set on getting a taco salad, then when I spotted their tortillas, I couldn't decide which one to get it all looked so good! The ladies who worked there were patient and helpful. I found it to be authentic and very fresh. I ended up getting the burrito which was very delicious. I ended up leaving with leftovers because it was so fulfilling. Recommend!

Jose's is one of my favorite places for meetings. The Honey Chicken and Raspberry Chicken is amazing in a Burrito or a salad. I would also recommend the red sauce and the spicy pico!

I stepped up by editing my original 4 stars to 5 stars. This is our go-to place, best Mexican food in Sanpete County!

Food was fresh, the taco salad fantastic, and the staff super friendly. Plus the portions were generous. And I loved the dining room. Would definitely recommend, yummy quality food. Worth going.

Eh, the food here is just okay. The workers are nice, the store front is clean, but the food just missed the mark for me. The green sauce is really acidic, which clashed with the overall flavor. The sweet pork tasted just like bbq pork, which is good, but I wish it had more Mexican flare. The asada was just okay. The flan was a terrible disappointment... it was overcooked and the texture was so off. We couldn't eat it. It's not a BAD place to eat, it's just not somewhere I need to eat again. If you want to satisfy a craving for good Mexican food, this is probably not the place to go. Clearly others enjoy it, as there were a lot of seemingly happy customers.
