Edge Steakhouse

Was extremely happy with our visit here! The food was amazing to say the least! Our waiter went into great detail about the food and where it was sourced from and made great recommendations. The other wait staff was very attentive as well. The service was excellent. I chose the filet my husband chose the waygu ribeye. While my steak was so so tender and delicious. His steak was so full of flavor and perfectly cooked. Next time I will be definitely the waygu. An amazing experience for my birthday ( they give you a free chocolate souffle) Make sure you make time for dinner we spent 2.5 hours here.

There are not enough stars to describe the experience that we had last night at Edge Steak House.
From beginning to end, from service to quality, presentation, and taste of the food, it was an extraordinary dinner, best that I have ever had including Mexico City, NYC, Connecticut, Las Vegas, Dallas, Miami.

Great Dinning experience! Yes, you absolutely get the Wagyu, it's A5. The truffle Mac n cheese was good too. Thanks Carl for making my Birthday Special.

Tasting menu was excellent. Service was attentive and not overbearing. I'd come here again. Steaks are $40 to $60.

It's been a year since I ate at Edge, but after trying another steakhouse in Park City this evening, I felt it was time to leave them a review. This is the best steakhouse I've been to in the state of Utah. Top quality food, and superb service. We went here for my wife's birthday at the end of 2017. I remember we ordered just a few things - steak and a side or two. While waiting for our order to come out, we were treated with sample after sample of various things the chef was working on (at no extra charge). They were tiny samples, but I remember thinking I wish I had a whole plate of everything that was brought out. The steaks were cooked as requested, and were absolutely delicious. After we finished, they again surprised us with a huge plate of dessert (also at no extra charge), with a "Happy Birthday" message written out on it in chocolate. We left stuffed! Everything was prepared and presented in a fancy way, and it all tasted just as good as it looked. Service was extremely attentive, and like another reviewer said, it was like we were the most important people in the server's day. 5 stars, without a doubt.
