    Ordered 7 dishes, quite disappointed overall. The amouche-bouche salmon could be more refreshing and fresh. The quail salad and the mushroom while each component is good, when put together, the dishes just do not quite fit. Bison is on the tougher end. The dish we like the most were the fois gras and the lamb. From the reviews and from the price-quality, we expected more.
