Had a great meal. Put me in a great mood for the whole day! I got the Tonkotsu ramen, and it was absolutely delicious. Just what I needed after a 3 hour drive.
First time at this spot and we’ll definitely be back. The ramen was the best I’ve had in the state. Super flavorful and satisfying. You can really tell the chef puts a lot of effort into the quality. I also really appreciate how sassy the owner is about the response to to-go orders and other petty complaints!! Sometimes you have to stand behind what you believe in. We’ll be back!
Food is very good. In house made pasta, delicious ramen. Highly recommended.
But looks like owner are lost in their restaurant, don't know what plate is for which customer. It is far more funny than annoying.
Orders served rapidly for us
It's a small operation here, so the owner took our order and served us. Because of the small staff, it may take a minute to get your order. You serve yourself your own drinks of non-alcoholic (sodas and water). The atmosphere was fun, though it was a little untidy (we had a water mug that was dirty, and our table we were directed to still had a dish rag/ bucket on it).
However, the food was AMAZING! Wow--that bone broth! It was so flavorful and had so much depth. It is a little on the expensive side since we had to pay extra for a soft boiled egg and charsiu, but I'm glad I ordered them. It was all very delicious!
Good authentic ramen in a casual setting. Service was prompt and attentive. Food came out very quickly. Staff was helpful in making sure we ordered appropriate amounts and avoiding allergens for our kids. Also had high chairs for kids. While the prices are high for ramen, it seems like a bargain compared to the prices at other restaurants in Park City. The cool noodle making machine is right by the front of the store.
