Glad I took that drunken Australians advice and took the drive to this place for, his words, “ the best steak of my life.” Tom the bartender was attentive and enjoyable to chat with during dinner. Some wonderful ladies joined me and we all enjoyed the life pianist and sang along.
The filet was done perfectly and I am now converted and will judge all future steakhouses for not delivering my steak on a searing hot plate. Something about that sizzle. It was 2 for 1 night so I indulged in some scallops also.
And don’t get me started about how good that pumpkin bread pudding is.
Great service, great atmosphere and incredible food.
Pro tip: go just before ski season for incredible deals !

(February 26, 2019, 12:33 pm)We walked in on Sunday around 5pm without a reservation but got seated right away. But the restaurant gets packed through the night so recommend getting a reservation. We got a tuna tartar appetizer which was okay. I ordered New York Strip and the steak was very tender, flavorful and juicy. The peppercorn sauce was also on point!
