The Outpost

Good food. Service was fast and had the hometown feel. Owner took time and came and checked on us. Had the breakfast burrito smothered in gravy, and the cheese steak sandwich. Burrito was excellent and large portion.

The steak is great, probably the best steak you can get in Tooele county. My server was nice and very attentive. Everyone there seams happy!

We finally were able to try The Outpost and let me say the hype is real! We had an awesome breakfast here! Everything is super clean, very cute decor and great vibe. We were seated immediately, orders taken immediately, and the food came very quickly! Carol was so nice and accommodating for our kids. The food was delicious! Cooked to perfection and very good serving sizes. The kids menu has adult sized servings 😂 The prices were right on par with the big chain restaurants in Tooele County. We also got to be there while they were hand painting the new murals on the windows and the kids thought that was really neat. Overall a fantastic meal and we will definitely be back. Support local!

Great food. Nothing fancy, but great home-cooked style meals in a relaxed atmosphere. I'd come back. We had the chicken Alfredo and cheeseburger. It's not a 1/4 thin burger, it's big and thick and juicy.

It's great to see a restaurant back in this building again! The staff are very friendly and we were seated immediately. We both ordered the salmon dinner which came with salmon, vegetables, your choice of potato and soup or salad.
The food was pretty good. The salmon was slightly dry, but had great seasoning to it. The waitress gave me their brown sausage gravy with the garlic mashed potatoes. The carrots were nice and tender. It was a great experience and we're eagerly wanting to go back and try the fish and chips!
