By far, the best breakfast I’ve had in years!!! Generous portions, tremendous quality and excellent service make this the best breakfast option in the Vernal area. It’s good to know that restaurants like this still exist in America. Thank you Betty’s for going the extra mile for your customers!

A small unassuming place, when you walk in, you are pleasantly surprised by the beautiful interior. Quickly was given a menu and drink order taken. Everything is homemade I was told. I ordered chicken fried steak and eggs. It was up quickly and very good. Thank you.

The food was delicious! And the coffee was pretty good too! And I love that they have a couple tables outside. I just got a la carte bacon and eggs but they were cooked perfectly. My husband got some protein items and also some fruit and the fruit was fresh and flavorful. Service was awesome- the woman who helped us saw us outside and came out- we didn't have to go in to announce our presence. She was thorough and attentive. Their house-made salsa is also excellent.

Also had a '56 Chevy wagon in the parking lot. A dog was chilling on top of it's owners truck...classic.
