First visit and this has to be best brewery food we've ever had. Excellent wait staff with great suggestions. I had the pork chop and my wife had the skillet pot pie. Both had excellent flavor. The kids all enjoyed their burgers and chicken strips. Plentiful portions. I enjoyed my beer flight except for the Sumatran coffee one. I like coffee, but not this one.
The food was fanTASTic! I had the Chicken with Puff Pastry (similar to a chicken pot pie🥧.) Be sure to take home their 🍓 STRAWBERRY RHUBARB COBBLER. So buttery and delicious. I would expect more pickles from the pickle platter.... (I didn't expect olives, even though they were good too.) The BRUSSEL SPROUTS were perfectly salty and crispy. One thought would be to add the restaurant name out front... It's not well marked. Loved it. Would definitely come back.
Cold beer, good food and we could have our dogs on the patio. It was a perfect dinner for us. She's a peach is my favorite beer. So good. Tostada was really spicy.
Best place in town for a more upscale dining option. We were in town for a conference and ended up here all 3 nights. The food and beer were great as well as the service. Everyone was super nice and we didn't have much of a wait if any. We will definitely be back again if we're ever back in Vernal.
A good spot to try decent beer. Vernal does not have a lot of newer non-chain restaurants, so it is a breath of relief to find a modern, trendy brewery in town. They have indoor and outdoor seating and it is all in a wonderfully-designed space. Service was a little bit slow. Our waitress was only waiting on a few tables from what I could tell but took a while to bring the check. Prices are pretty fair, but I did not see any really cheap food options. Thankfully, they offer a $1 bowl of chips to get around Utah's ridiculous alcohol service laws.
The beer selection, unfortunately, was mostly out of stock when we visited. They had some options marked as such on the menu. I ordered a flight and struggled to find four options, since our waitress informed me other beers were also out of stock. She also seemed impatient with me for not knowing this, even though they were not marked on the menu. The beers were okay. One was downright bad and I do not recall which. Still a great place to relax in a beautiful environment. Without speaking for the food I can only judge so much.
