Great customer service. Fast. And food was hot and great.

Arby's isn't my favorite by any means but it isn't a bad place to eat. I do love their shakes and curly frys but that's usually the only reason why I would go to arbys. They have great fresh food it's just not my style but if you like meat on your sandwiches this is the place for you

Came here today with a coupon for a free specialty sandwich with a purchase of a soft drink. That's how they draw you in.

LOCATION - 5
I like this location on State Street, easy access getting in, but getting back onto State street can be a challenge. Inside they had some fake ovens, and I do really like the dining area, had a real good feel.

PRICE - 5
The price was reasonable especially with a coupon.

I got a smokehouse brisket and a soft drink.

I'm sure there are some pointers, not sure what they'd be, and what is with the bell?
