Let me just say the positives before the negatives. I’ve never been to Popeyes before, and my boyfriend really wanted to go! So I said, “Sure! I’ll try it!” He suggested I get the spicy chicken sandwich, so I did! And It was soooo good! Everything was amazing! The fries, the chicken, the pickles, the spicy sauce, and their lemonade is the best! I honestly will most definitely be back to try other things on the menu! I also really love how cute and creative the packaging is! And inside of this particular establishment, is so nice! And very clean! I’m very pleased with everything in that aspect! Now, here comes the negatives. I was very displeased and highly unsatisfied with the customer service. The employee who took our order was not rude or anything of that nature, but he could not understand English very well, nor could he speak it very well. After clarifying with him at the window, after we placed our order, what our exact meal was, he charged us for two extra large fries. When we were only telling him that we wanted the fries in our combos to be a large, not order 2 extra large fries. When we asked them for our receipt, they gave us the wrong receipt. It just seems like they cannot speak clearly English, nor understand it. So it makes ordering our food pretty difficult. Other that the poor customer service, the food was absolutely fantastic!

Here’s why I gave them three stars: Popeyes claims to have curbside pickup, lets you wait in the parking lot until your food is done, and then tells you that you have to go wait in the drive up line (eleven cars long) to pick up your food. In other words, don’t claim to have curbside pickup when you don’t.

One of the best and friendliest restaurants I've ever been to! I came here with my mother and brother and happily welcomes you the moment you step in the boss. He asked us if this was our first meal here and we said yes. He ringinged out for our milk. He was very sweet and respectful. He also gave me a beer, free! I felt really responsive. The food was great and I enjoyed the drinks too. Such a nice place with an atmosphere and outstanding workers. I really can't wait to get here.
