Cafe Rio Mexican Grill

I have finally found the best Cafe Rio location out there. I’ve been here 5 times now and every single time has been a great experience. It’s nice not having to wait in line because of the Kiosks that work exactly like it does online. Each time I’ve been here, my order was correct and made with care. The burrito I ordered today was the best Cafe Rio burrito I’ve had with the perfect ratio of sauce, meat, tortilla and rice. My wife had a quesadilla and it had the right amount of cheese and meat and sauce. It also looked amazing as you can tell in the picture. Overall, this is the best location I’ve been to and while other locations are consistently lowering in quality and service, this location continually provides great quality food. Kudos to the managers and staff of this location!

I should've read the reviews before ordering here. I ordered take out online and went to the drive thru to pick up my order (like Taco Bell, Chipotle, Costa Vida, McDonald's and many others) and was told in a very snooty way to pick up my food inside next time.

No thank you, no smile, no come again. Just a here's your food. They may as well said, consider yourself lucky we are giving it to you at the drive thru. Made my entire opinion change about the experience. Bla.
