Little Caesars Pizza

Edit: I drove my terrible pizza back and the supervisor was also horrified that we’d been served it. She offered a refund or replacement (which looked and tasted MUCH better) and a dessert as an apology.
We’ll try it again sometime- but I certainly won’t leave without checking the food first.

I didn’t have unrealistic expectations but this is the worst Little Caesars pizza I’ve ever had. Delightful employees - but pizza was hard and seemed like it had been in the warmer for hours. Pizza had way more crust than it should have. Lots of pepperoni didn’t make up for dry and hard. Crazy bread was hard and flavorless - even after we asked for “extra crazy” flavoring. Extremely disappointed.

Maybe it's just me, but this seems like an excessive amount of garlic sauce, and they're cold.
A few weekends ago we tried to use the drive-thru and nobody talked to us. We sat for a couple minutes.
Customer service is usually great. I am now skeptical on buying crazy bread again though.
