    I can't even adequately rate them since the people there are great. The drinks are good...but don't waste your time at this location with their app. Which is insane since they're located smack dab in the middle of silicon slopes! If you have a reward and want to use the app to pay, you can't do both. This is something I complained about almost a year ago and then again today with the same reply of "our IT is wirking on it" Bad customer experience, bad experience for their employees as they can't do anything about it.

    I love beans and brews coffee and this location always has friendly staff! I often stop by shortly after they open at 6:30. I don’t even want to be awake yet, but they never disappoint! Always a cheerful smile and a kind word. Thanks for starting my day on a positive note!

    UPDATE:
    I gave this location another try, and they've definitely improved their service. The staff was a lot more friendly and accommodating. It's nice to come back here. Overall, this location is worth a shot.

    OLDER REVIEW
    I'm a fan of this location, yet the staff today...not so friendly. I guess I should stop tipping until I can get better service from them.
