It's the best place because everyone knows me as paco
Do not let the gas station location turn you off, this place is legit. For years I passed by here and never thought to stop and give it a try. Now I realize what a wasted life I've been living. Inexpensive and truly authentic home style Mexican cooking that will bring me back often.
Taco Tuesday means $1 for delicious street taco or hard shell.
Honestly the best drive through Mexican food in the valley. Their breakfast burritos are amazing! Only thing I would change is I wish they used regular potatoes instead of fries in their non-breakfast burritos.
Went to Paco's for lunch today with a friend. They have a very large menu. That could be both good and bad, if you have trouble choosing. I chose a carne asada fajita and chicken chimichanga. The chimi was good. The fajita was large and the tortilla was yummy. The carne asada itself was just okay with not a lot of flavor, just some heat. The onions, peppers and everything wrapped together was good. Their prices were very reasonable and the value for the portions was excellent. My only real complaint was the cleanliness of the space. The tables were dirty, the salsa bar was dirty and it wasn't very busy, so no excuse. They could have wiped everything down in just a few minutes.
Food components were bland, spicy, but okay.
Food combined into products were good, but meat didn't shine through.
Cleanliness was unacceptable, but not dangerous.
Overall I liked it, but there are lots of options around and I most likely won't be back very soon, but I wouldn't cross it off my list.
