Rumbi Island Grill

Good food and nice customer service! My only complaint is that they are too stingy on the sauce. They give you a small container to pour it on yourself and it's not enough to cover a full bowl. You get the same amount of sauce for a half bowl order as you do a full bowl. If you want more sauce, I was told you have to pay for it. Full bowl orders should get 2 sauce containers and 1 sauce works fine for the half order.

The staff here were so considerate and compassionate with me! I showed up right as they were closing and they were so generous. Such a rare thing. We will be back!!

They always have fresh Fish, but they always use plastic utensils and I don't like that. The cook has.changed and it is not the same salad sauce anymore.
The cleaning Lady now serves food and it disturbed me. Even so she is very nice.

I haven't been to Rumbi many times, and Wendy, who was working the register could tell that I needed help. In the 1 minute interaction I had with her, I was extremely impressed by her knowledge and level of customer service and tone with how she spoke to us. She was super helpful and made sure we were taken care of. She didn't make me feel dumb and she took her time. It was like I was at a 5 star restaurant or something. Thank you Wendy

Usually would rate higher, but they didn't put BBQ sauce on my sandwich. Still tasted good though. Always satisfied with Rumbi. Aloha!
