The Smoking Apple

Great food. Some reminded me of tastes and smells from my childhood, and I'm not even from the south! Hands down best.

The Smoking Apple is the best BBQ I have ever had. I don't need to say much more. The Brisket is what I had and would recommend. I also love that their employees don't wear masks and that I didn't have to wear one either! Keep it up Smoking Apple!

First time visiting and the food was awesome! Very flavorful! Was surprised to find no covid-19 adjustments, other than a bottle of hand sanitizer out and signs on the front door to social distance. Employees had no masks, condiments were still on each table, customers could serve themselves take-out containers and cut lemons for water.

Great local BBQ place. It has a very wide variety of food and it's all really quite good. The seating is a little awkward, that's just because it's an old building and not set up well for a restaurant. It is a great place to go to get away from the normal food. And the prices are quite reasonable

This was my first time in Lindon for lunch. I decided to try something local with good ratings. This place is a cool little BBQ spot. Staff was super friendly and eager to let me sample anything if I wanted to. I went for the brisket and the sausage. I liked the variety of side dishes too. If I was being picky I’d say the brisket had a little more fat than I’m use to and the sausage was a little dryer than I’d like. But it was still super delicious so it didn’t bother me. I’d recommend stopping here if you are looking for something in the area to eat.
